  • Was a member of the Pioneer Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Unit in University of Malaya.
  • Was responsible for the planning and organization of the new Haematology Unit for University Hospital as part of an expansion and relocation of the present Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory.

  • Instrumental in helping Cordlife achieve its first FACT accreditation for its Singapore laboratory as well as the first AABB accreditation for its laboratory in Malaysia under Stemlife
  • Also successfully help Cordlife Hong Kong achieve multiple re-accreditation from AABB
  • Former Project Manager of global clinical trials at Quintiles Transnational Corp.
  • Worked through the whole drug discovery process from identification to pre-clinical efficacy studies
